COMPANY PROFILE

Finkar Property Management was founded in 2002 by Finlay and Karen McLeod. It expanded rapidly due to their energy and enthusiasm, fuelled by the buoyant holiday market in Tenerife. The company now manages 35 apartment and villas spread over the south of Tenerife from Los Cristianos and Las Americas to Callao Salvaje.

In 2009 and they decided to take life a little easier and moved to Fuerteventura, handing over the reigns to Mike Peckett. Mike has been on the island of Tenerife since 2002 and following a successful career in England, including spells in the Civil Service, he moved Tenerife and was a Director of a Rent a Car company before selling the Company at the beginning of the year.

He has considerable experience in the holiday rental market, managing several properties before purchasing Finkar Property Management. The Company provides a comprehensive service, tailored to individual requirements of owners, from booking management to cleaning to key management, to ensure peace of mind for the owner.
